Where are Signlab signs manufactured?
All Signlab signs are manufactured to order in Manchester, UK.
Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! All international orders are shipped via DPD, UPS or Fedex. If your country isn't listed at checkout please reach out for a shipping quote.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are manufactured in the UK & are shipped within 5 working days. You can track the progress of your order in your account.
If you require your order sooner, please get in touch & we will do our best to accommodate.
What courier do you use?
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 in the UK.
International orders are shipped via either DPD, UPS or FedEx (depending on the region).
Are international orders subject to import duty?
If you order from outside of the UK, you may be liable to pay import tax. Please check with your local authority in advance.
The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties & any charges can not be refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as all major debit and credit cards. All card payments are processed by Stripe & are 100% secure.
What tools are needed for installation?
You will require a drill & a philips screwdriver (or philips drillbit).
Are the fixings included?
Yes, all fixings required for both brick & wood installation are included.
Are your signs weatherproof?
Absolutely! All of our signs are weatherproofed & built to withstand extreme conditions.
